Thanks god, I was thinking ahead, so we had a bunch of "to-go boxes" here and everybody could take home some leftovers. I still have a ton in my fridge, probably have to eat turkey for some days.

Thanksgiving
We had a very nice Thanksgiving this year in our house. My tables have never seen so much food at one time: Turkey, mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes, gravy, stuffing, two diff. kind of cranberry sauce, rolls, green bean casserole, broccoli-cheese casserole, fancy mac&chesse casserole, one other casserole (I forgot the name of it), fruit salad, apple pie, black forrest stuffed cupcakes, miniature pumpkin cheese cakes, Sophia's cookies - I think, that was it. All the kids, their spouses, Dustin's mom and of course the grand kids came and we had a good time.

- Today was my special day. I had nothing planned to do, finished the cleanup yesterday und did not do a thing today. Not even "Black Friday" could get me out of the house. Relaxing the whole day, finishing Emery's blanket (yes, it is 100% ready) and started working on Jonah's blanket again, after I started over 3 times in the last week. Have to get it ready soon, Jonah is full-term now and could make his entrance any day now, but the actually due-date is December 17., two days after my 60. birthday. Would be cool, if he made it to my day. I have now two more days off, so I hope to get a lot of knitting done, maybe at least 1/3 to 1/2 of the blanket.
