Jonah's blanket, take 5

I have no idea, after the 4. or 5 attempt to start Jonah's blanket, I gave up with the yarn, Roya picked out long time ago and I went to my LYS to buy a different one. The first yarn was 100 % wool from Rowan and did not agree with my pattern for a Babyblanket with trees. Now I have selected a blend of 50 % linen and 50 % cotton from Nashua Handknits. I hope, that this yarn works better for me like the Saucy from Reynolds, I knitted Johanna's and Emery's blanket with. I have already started and am on row 6, only 266 more to go I(and it has to be ready by Dec. 15/17.) I will keep you posted.
