She is drooling red and gold (no idea, what that means for the parents), but I'm bleeding Black, Red and Gold.
Right now, I'm cooking a big ol' pot full of "Guenkohl"(Kale) and Sausage. (See post 10/28/10) )Since the original Bregenwurst is not available here, I will try with Chicken sausage, mild Italian style. The whole dish is spiced with onions, German Mustard and liquid smoke to make up for the missing Bregenwurst-taste. Wonder, how close I will get with the taste. Stay tuned.
